Welcome to LexiBot! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LexiBot website and its related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Account Creation
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on LexiBot. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Free Plan and LexiCredit
2.1 LexiBot offers a free plan with access to many core features, allowing you to experience the Service before committing.
2.2 LexiCredit (LC) is a virtual currency used within LexiBot to purchase additional features and services beyond the free plan’s offerings. You can top up your LC balance through the Service. LC purchased remains valid for 6 months.
3. Paid Unlimited Plans
3.1 LexiBot offers one-time payment unlimited plans for one month, three months, and six months, providing access to all features and an unlimited amount of LC for the duration of the plan.
3.2 These plans are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew. Manual repurchase is required to continue using the features. LexiBot will not automatically charge your payment method for any subsequent periods or plans.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund policy on all purchases of LexiCredit (LC) and Paid Unlimited Plans if you are not satisfied with our services. To request a refund, please contact our support team via live chat or email us at support@lexibot.me within 7 days of the purchase. Refunds will be processed and issued within 24 hours of the request.
We recommend utilizing the free plan and low-cost options to assess our services before purchasing additional LC or a Paid Unlimited Plan.
5. Content Ownership
5.1 The content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LexiBot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Commercial use of any content from the Service requires express written permission from LexiBot.
6. User Conduct
6.1 You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
6.2 You agree not to use the Service in any way that could be harmful to LexiBot or others, including uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or offensive content.
6.3 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers and networks.
7. Termination
7.1 LexiBot may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 LexiBot provides the Service “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, ownership rights, non-infringement, and freedom from errors.
8.2 LexiBot does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8.3 LexiBot does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any results from the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexiBot will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive) arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LexiBot regarding your use of the Service.
12. Updates to the Terms
12.1 LexiBot may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
